PlanWell Enterprise is an online plan room, giving construction companies the ability to manage construction documents on the Web. Owners and ontractors can manage and track plans, order prints, arrange for deliver, and compile a historical record of plans and specs.
PlanWell Enterprise can share project information and sync bid packages and contracts. Additionally, Planwell users can maintain the current document set and contacts and easily start projects by using the information from PlanWell Enterprise.
While online plan rooms offer the first step toward improved efficiency, integration with back office software provides added benefits for owners and construction companies.
